Live theater allows a deep interaction with the performers. The people on stage are your friends, family, or neighbors. Performers at MLT mingle with the audience after each performance. Patrons can thank and praise cast members face to face. Live theater has the power to unite a community. Watching our friends sing, dance and act on stage for a couple of hours brings joy to our hearts. Our differences are washed away and our appreciation for the shared experience bonds us with those around us. Muskogee is lucky to have inspirationally talented individuals willing to display those talents.---- Muskogee Phoenix

There are plenty of ways you can support MLT-whether to keep our current productions running, or to increase the impact of our future programming. You can make a difference through Individual Giving, planning a Future Contribution, donating to our Endowment Fund, or as part of your everyday Amazon Shopping. However you choose to participate, we’re grateful for your investment in the important work we do. Giving at any level enables MLT to create innovative productions, offer exciting education programs, and continue to be the cultural engine for our community.

As a non-profit, less than 50% of our operating budget is funded by ticket sales. When you give to the MLT, you play an important role in bringing our artistic dreams and exceptional education programs to life.

General Operating Support: A general gift to MLT will be used where it is most needed. Your support is critical to MLT’s continued success. Help us keep the Arts alive and flourishing into the next generation by supporting MLT.

Education Programs/JEMS: MLT’s innovative and engaging education programs have made an impact on hundreds of students of all ages in our community. JEMS, June Edmondson Memorial Scholarship fund, facilitates access to all fee-based educational programs at MLT for ALL.

Production Support: MLT produces a 5-show season each year. From costumes to set pieces to lights, production gifts bring life to everything you see on stage.

Honorary or Memorial Gift: An honorary or memorial gift to MLT is a perfect way to acknowledge and celebrate a friend or loved one. Once received, a personalized note will be sent to the honoree or family member notifying them of your kind gesture.

Corporate Sponsorship: Local businesses and organizations can sponsor one of our season shows. For MLT, this donation supports the production costs associated with the show. For the corporate sponsor, your logo will appear on all show programs and advertising. Additionally, MLT allows the corporate sponsor to “fill the theatre” with their guests for the final dress rehearsal.

Planned Giving

Take the next step in supporting MLT, and secure artistic excellence for future generations. Arranging a planned gift with Muskogee Little Theatre may provide tax advantages for your estate while allowing you to share your passion for live theater. MLT suggests that you consult your attorney or financial advisor to arrange a planned gift through a bequest, life insurance, annuities, trusts, IRAs or other planned giving arrangements. Planned Gifts may be made to Muskogee Little Theatre, Inc. You can make a gift to Muskogee Little Theatre in your estate by using the following language: “I hereby give and bequeath to Muskogee Little Theatre, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation in Muskogee, OK (specific amount, percentage of estate, or specific property) for general purposes.”

These important gifts ensure that MLT will continue to be the leading community theatre in Oklahoma. Please call Coni Wetz at (918) 683-5332 with any questions.

Endowment Fund

The future is in your hands!

Muskogee Little Theatre’s endowment fund is designed to provide a resource that will help the theatre thrive for years to come. We invite you to join us in this effort. Building an endowment is an essential step toward establishing MLT as a long-term refuge for theatre artists and theatre patrons alike. We hope to extend our reach and deepen the impact of our programs without losing the beautifully intimate connection that has existed among artists and patrons since day one.

Your endowment gift will join with others to form a carefully invested financial bedrock that will continue to expand for years to come.

For more information about our endowment funds, please call Coni Wetz at (918) 683-5332.
